The high fibre protein crackers as the name says is really high in fibre as well as in protein, it’s made out of Kabuli chana flour that’s chickpea flour and it is gluten-free. it’s a great substitute to any normal flour Lavaash or to any wheat lavash and oven baked with no butter or margarine. It goes very well with a dip or a hummus or can be had just like that by it self . Ingredients: Chickpea flour, Amaranth flour, Olive oil, White and black sesame Seeds.
